Lohri Celebration
The young Bhartiyans of B.V.M Udham Singh Nagar celebrated the Lohri festivl in colourful way. Students of 6th, 7th and 8th sanf tappe to express their joy. Beautifully groomed girls of class III, IV and V thrilled on Punjabi songs. To add flavor in the show the teachers also accompanied the students in Giddha.
Naman of class V recited a poem on Lohri, Kritika of 7th class highlighted the importance of lohri. Students of class I and II brushed lohri scene with colours.
Tiny tots of primary wing made the day memorable by reciting poems and narrating stories highlighting the various social issues. The programme ended with the best and message of the Principal madam in which she appealed the students not to use ‘Chinese Dor’ at all for flying kites.
