Shunning all discriminations of colour, caste, creed, awareness for national integration was created by the Bhartiyans of class IX and X who enacted a short play ‘Nukkad’in the morning assembly. The message was to promote and guard national integrity by sacrificing the individual interest for the sake of national interests. The surroundings echoed with slogans: ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’, ‘Vande Matram’ giving an emotional vent to patriotism. The students took pledge to be dutiful and loyal to their motherland. Principal Mrs. Bandana Sethi appreciated students’ efforts and motivated them to keep the memory of the martyrs alive in their minds and rise above petty feelings of communalism.
