BVM Udham Singh Nagar celebrated Guru Nanak Jayanti and Children’s Day today with great fervor and enthusiasm. It started with a recitation of Shabad ‘Jis Ke Ser Upar Tu Swami’ by the music mastros. Mrs. Rasdip, the teacher of Primary wing enlightened the children with the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The feeling of oneness was created as the children relished the ‘langer’ sitting in rows. A student of class VIII (Ansh) expressed his views on the life and struggle of Chacha Nehru. A Talent hunt programme was organized to exhibit the hidden talents of the children. Hardik of Class V, Bhumika ,Lavanya, Pratibha of class III & IV mesmerized everyone with their wonderful dance performance Jannat, Kamal Prashant and Kanika form classes VI to IX were declared best performers. Coordinator of serious secondary science Dept. Mrs. Neeta Sawhney extended her, best wishes & greetings on this pious occasion.
