BVM (USN) celebrated National Science Day with scientific fervour and gaiety to commemorate the discovery of the Raman effect by the Nobel Laureate, Indian Physicist, Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman on 28th February, 1928. The celebration included a speech by Bhoomika (VIII ) who delved upon the significance and objective of the National Science Day. Mr Anil Aggarwal (PGT) in his virtual address enlightened the students about the extraordinary role of science in every aspect of our life and advancement of society . Students of class VI performed small magical tricks justifying the scientific laws behind them. The Snap Circuit competition was organised in ATL lab for the students of class VII while students of class V made beautiful posters to mark this day.
Appreciating the participation of students, Principal, Mrs Ranju Mangal said the day gives us an opportunity to thank all the great scientists for their remarkable contribution ,by exploring and nurturing the latent scientific temperament of our youth.
