With a motive to strengthen the bond of affection between brothers and sisters, Raksha Bandhan was celebrated in BVM, USN with a great zeal by conducting a special assembly. Mrs. Priyanka Kapila gave an enlightening speech highlighting that this festival has also a social significance because it underlines the notion that everybody should love in harmonious coexistence with each other. Hardik of V B sang a melodious song ‘Foolon ka taaron ka sabka kehna hai’ dedicating to his sister. A group song by Shrishti, Vanshika, Drishti, Rishita, Arpan was also presented depicting the love of brothers and sisters. Dashpreet of V D recited a beautiful poem to express her love for her brother. Ma’m Principal,Mrs. Bandan Sethi appreciated the efforts of students and motivated students to celebrate such festivals as they create a feeling of belongingness and oneness amongst the family.
