World Earth Day Celebrations
Under the theme: ‘Our environment legacy, our responsibility’, the world environment day was celebrated with gusto by Bhartiyans of BVM (USN). Kind gesture of bringing grain & water feeders for birds by tiny tots was really applaudable. Students of class III and VII planted young saplings and students of class IV & V depicted their concern for medicinal herbs and birds on the verge of extinction. Students of class-XI participated in essay writing competiton, topic was : ‘Causes and effects of global warming’. A declamation was also held on the topic ‘Conserve sparrows to save biodiversity’ for class VIII. Zealous participation of all the students was highly appreciated by the Manager of the BVM Trust, USN , Shri O.P. Sabharwal ji and the Principal Mrs Bandana Sethi.
