Vibrant Bhartiyans of Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar celebrated the “Rashtriya Ekta Diwas” to commemorate the birth anniversary of the ‘Iron man’, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel. Youngsters participated in a mélange of activities which began with the “Pledge ceremony followed by marathon run for unity” highlighting the message of national integrity & integration through placards & banners students also prepared PowerPoint presentations on “ Role of inspirational Sardar Patel” in uniting India after Independence Besides it, primary students contributed collectively in cleanliness maintenance drive of their environment. The spirit of patriotism overpowered all the heart sand moistened the eyes too when Sh. O.P. Sabharwal Ji, Manager, BVM Trust acquainted all the students with the glorious past of our motherland and recalled the invaluable services rendered by Sardar Patel in establishing our nation as an integrated whole when all the provinces were falling apart.
Principal Mrs. Bandana Sethi also motivated the students to take a stand for the national unity as they are the further of the nation.
The young Bhartiyan Artists spread the hues around in the painting and poster making competition organized by CBSE and brought laurels by winning first prize in poster making and second prize in painting competition.
