Teachers' Day celebrated at BVMUSN
Teachers' Day was celebrated at BVM USN today (following all the Covid protocols) with gaiety to express gratitude towards teachers ,who are the lighthouses in darkness. The event ,with a limited gathering, commenced with lamp lighting ceremony and Saraswati Vandana . A group song 'Tu Chalta Chal' ( Udham Singh Nagar) , exemplifying the selfless duty of the teachers mesmerized everyone. Tanmay (Kitchlu Nagar) recited a beautiful poem 'Guru Vandan ' and Janvi Rawat (USN) poured her heart eloquently on the theme 'Saluting the Nation Builders'. Role of the icons of diligence was wonderfully captured through Powerpoint presentation titled ' Haan.... Shikshak hoon main '. Solo dance 'Tasmai Gurudev Namaha ' by Khushpreet Kaur (Dugri) and song 'Gyan ka Daan sabse bada hai' by Shruti Khera with tabla accompaniment by Tanveer (Chd Road) enthralled all.The striking feature of the celebration was felicitation of the teachers who completed 25 and 15 years of their gloroius journey at Bhartiya Vidya Mandir(all branches). Sh R K Behal ji ( Member BVM Trust) enlightened all with his pearls of wisdom. Sh P C Goyal ji (Secretary BVM Trust) acknowledged the unparalleled contribution of the nation builders. Vote of thanks was presented by Sh Manoj Gupta ji(Treasuer BVM Trust).Sh Shubh Karan Jain ji(Joint Secretary BVM Trust) and all the members of BVM Trust showered their blessings on this auspicious day. The program culminated with Vande Matram ,which was followed by lunch.
