BVM USN marked the birth anniversary of the Iron man of India, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel by celebrating ' National Unity Day ' with great enthusiasm. Rich floral tributes were paid to the great leader during the morning assembly. A throng of activities was conducted to infuse the bond of oneness and unification. A quiz competition was organized for class VII where the students presented their level of excellence in the field of heritage, integrity and values. Buoyant Bhartiyans of VIII and IX spread the message of unity by preparing posters and writing essays. Aastha Grover ( IX) recited a beautiful poem on Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel . Mrs Shyama Kaushal (TGT S.ST) eulogized the works, achievements and contributions of the great leader who played a pivotal role in the betterment of the country. BVMites also took ' Integrity pledge' to uphold unity, integrity and security of the nation. Addressing the students, Principal Mrs Ranju Mangal stated that celebrating this day is an endeavour to solidify the bond of oneness, patriotism and unification. She also motivated students to stay united and become responsible citizens. The short yet significant celebration etched the spirit of 'Ekta' amongst all.
