MOTHER- A REFLECTION OF GOD « 09/May/2015

Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Sr.Sec.School, Udham Singh Nagar offered an opportunity to students for the overflow of the vast ocean of emotions for the supreme creation of the world ‘Mother’ by organizing ‘House wise’ activities on Mother’s Day. A special assembly was put up to acknowledge a mother’s unconditional love for her children. Mass participation by children in different activities like bouquet making, greeting card making, collage making and best out of waste illustrated their unfathomable love for their mothers. The heart touching songs like ‘Ye to sach hai ki bhagwan hai’, ‘main kabhi batlata nahin’, ‘Tu kitni achchi hai’ by Deepika, Karan, Hardik and Madhav left everyone teary eyed. Self composed poems by Hardik and Pratham drenched everyone in deep emotions. A science teacher, Mrs. Kiran Bala elaborated how a mother proves to be a supportive figure in the development of a child’s personality. Mr. Baljeet Gill, the Physical Instructor addressed mother as a reflection of God. The beautiful captions related to Mother’s Day on the drawing boards captivated the attention of onlookers. Principal Mrs. Bandana Sethi ji exhorted the students to enhance themselves from the level of ideological world of mere glorifying words to a realistic world full of love, affection and regard for their mothers.
