Wellness through Yoga
Health and Wellness club of Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar, Ludhiana rejuvenated the tender minds of classes IV to VIII by teaching them the art of meditation and Yoga in the morning assembly today. Sports instructor Mr. Baljeet Gill emphasised the peculiar significance and benefits of various yoga asans like Padmasana,Pashimotan asana, Singh Garjana, Hansi yoga etc. Students participation and practice with complete concentration was appreciated by the school manager, Sh. O.P. Sabharwal ji and the principal, Mrs. Bandana Sethi. The principal exhorted the students to make yoga and meditation an integral part of their routine life.
