BVM (USN) conducted an enlightening and motivational workshop on 'A path to success' for the students of 9th and 10th, enabling them to identify as well as overcome the hurdles in the path of success so that they can become productive citizens of the society. The workshop was an earnest effort of the Department of Mental Health and Behavioral Science, Fortis Healthcare. The resource person, Aastha Yadav (Counselling Psychologist at Fortis Healthcare ) acquainted the students with the importance of positive attitude to lead an optimistic and fulfilling life. Students were explained the ways to develop a positive attitude and its benefits. She further added that to become successful, one needs to recognise and work on one's weaknesses, take criticism boldly and hold on to one's strengths. She also guided the students to follow certain steps like: managing time, focusing on their goal, maintaining a healthy routine etc. to achieve their aspirations. Queries of the students were resolved at the end of the session. Principal Bandana Sethi thanked the Resource Person and expressed gratitude towards her for sparing invaluable time for the betterment of students. The event culminated with Vande Matram.
