Continuing workaholic spirit against all odds, prevailing during the current pandemic COVID-19 , BVM (USN) commemorated the Labour Day with immense zeal today.
The institution acknowledged and thanked the selfless services offered by the subordinate staff . Believing that it is small acts of kindness and gratitude that count , the school always attempts to inculcate the same virtues in the students. To mark this auspicious day , a plethora of activities were presented by the students. Tiny tots of class I to III portrayed themselves in the get up of subordinates made an affectionate gesture to thank the dedicated efforts of their helpers. Students of class IV - VI poured the feelings of their heart into words through handmade cards ,they also made mats , exhibiting their innovative skills. Goransh , Aastha, & Diksha of class VII & VIII expressed their love and gratitude by reciting poems in honour of the sub staff, as a token of their gratitude. A melodious song sung by Tanya (X) "Kaam ki pooja karne wale" was mesmerising.
Riya, Sharvan & Suraj (XII commerce) through a short video sent forward the message that without labour, nothing prospers & also acquainted with the history behind the Labour Day celebrations .
Principal Bandana Sethi lauded the online efforts of all the students. She reiterated that this day is an opportunity to showcase a sense of gratitude towards sub staff who are an integral part of every Institution. She also urged one and all
to salute the determination and hard work of countless workers , who have kept the global economic engine running despite being hit the hardest by the COVID-19 crisis.
