BVM USN observed the 'Martyrdom day of Guru Tegh Bahadur ji' with piety and spiritual fervour with the motive to impart values and insightful teachings of the great Guru to the Bhartiyans. A hearty homage was paid to the sanctified Saint, social reformer and theosophist who propagated society to come out of shackles of caste and creed which obstructed the path of ideal and virtuous living, universal humanism and the oneness of mankind. Mrs Tajinder Kaur (PPRT) acquainted the students with eventful life of the divine soul and the supreme sacrifice made by him. She added that his life bears lessons for all of us to live an austere and truthful life.
Principal, Mrs Bandana Sethi urged the students to incorporate and practice Guruji's teachings in their thoughts and deeds to overcome any adversity in life.
