With a view to raise awareness on mental health issues BVM USN observed Mental Health Week from 4th to 10th October. The students participated in a plethora of activities. Students of class II performed various yoga asans to show efforts in support of mental health. School counselor Mrs. Simky delivered a lecture on mental health awareness to highlight the importance of mental wellness. Students participated enthusiastically in poster making activity to educate individuals and communities about mental well-being , its potential and impact on life of the people. Students of class IV enjoyed gardening and nature walk to attain mental peace. Principal Mrs Ranju Mangal expressed that mental health is important at every stage of life ie childhood, adolescence, adulthood and old age ,only a healthy mind can help to excel in life.
