Class Xll
The toppers of all Grade XII streams have brought immense pride to the institution with their outstanding performance. In the Non-Medical stream, Udhayveer Singh secured the top position with an impressive score 95.2%. The Commerce stream was led by Shabad Sharma, who achieved a remarkable score 94.6%. In the Medical stream, Aashna Chopra emerged as the topper with 92.2%, while in the FMM stream, Krishan Gupta took the lead with a commendable score 88.8%

- National-Level Science Participation: Two students represented BVM USN at the National CBSE Science Exhibition, while four students qualified for the Regional Level CBSE Science Exhibition.
- Inspire Awards (MANAK): Two innovative ideas were selected; one student advanced to the State Level, with each student awarded a cash prize of ₹10,000.
- Smart India Hackathon Junior: Two teams comprising 10 students ranked among the Top 100 teams nationwide.
- Ideathon Excellence: Three teams with 15 students achieved Top 500 ranks across India, each team receiving a cash prize of ₹1,000.
- ATL/School Innovation Marathon: One team of 3 students advanced to the Top 100 teams after clearing the first round.
- Technovenza 2024: A model developed by 2 students secured 1st Position.
- Grassroot Innovation Recognition: One model from BVM USN was selected for the Grassroot Innovation of Punjab, highlighting the school’s contribution to sustainable and practical innovations.
- BVMITES brought national recognition at the School Youth Ideathon, where the five-member team led by Yatharth (IX-B) qualified among the top 500 teams nationwide from over 2,000 entries. Team members Pratham Puri, Garvit, Mamta, and Jasleen (Class IX) advanced to Round Two with their innovative project UV-ENGERS, showcasing creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking aligned with NEP 2020.

18. Suruchi of Class II-A, won First Prize at the New Year Talent Show 2026. The event, a part of the Omji Event, was organized by Shri Balaji Productions at Narayana E-Techno School.
19. Saavi (Class VIII), secured 1st rank among Class 8 students across India in the prestigious GETA Young Scientist Quiz.
20. In Aryabhata Ganit Challenge (AGC) 2025, organised by (CBSE), a total of 57 students participated in Level-1.
Three Class IX students — Yatharth, Sarthak Gupta and Pratham Gupta — qualified for the
Level-2 examination.
Wherein Sarthak Gupta secured the 6th position, while Yatharth achieved the 7th position, among the Region-wise Top 100 students.
21. Bal Kavi Darbar organised by Darshan academy Ekambir Singh in category-I (UKG to ll) claimed third position Kabir Kalra clinched third position in category II (3rd to5th)
22. Talented BVMites showcased their talent at the LSSC Radio Jockey Competition hosted by Darshan Academy Subhashree Majhi (XI) and Nayanthara Sahgal (X) represented the school and clinched the Third Position.
23. At the Satyug Sangeet Kala Utsav, at Guru Nanak Khalsa College for Women, 47 BVM students participated in 7 events and won multiple prizes :
Second Prize : Devotional Group Dance, Group Folk Dance, Devotional Group Song, and Solo Classical Dance;
Third Prize : Rangoli;
Consolation Prizes : Solo Classical Singing and Nukkad Natak.

- At National Level Sports stars grabbed 1 Gold and 1 Bronze at the 45th Sub-Junior National Judo Championship.
- Young BVMites secured 1st and 2nd Positions at the State Level, earning a cash prize of ₹17,000.
- School Judokas clinched 21 Gold, 8 Silver, and 16 Bronze at the District Level; gold medallists advanced to State Level.
- Mantra won Bronze at the State Level after excelling in the District Junior Judo Championship.

NCC
BVM USN Cadets Excel at All India Trekking Camp, Ajmer
The NCC cadets participated in the prestigious All India Trekking Camp held at Ajmer, Rajasthan, from 6th to 13th November, under the dedicated guidance of Mrs. Geeta Mishra, ANO.
This esteemed national-level camp brought together young cadets from across the country, including regions as diverse as Ladakh and several other states. A total of 102 cadets from Punjab represented the state, accompanied by three ANOs/NCC officers. It was a moment of honour for the school as Mrs. Geeta Mishra was selected as Senior for the camp and was duly felicitated for her exemplary leadership. Three proud representatives of BVM USN—Karuna, Nishtha and Niharika—actively attended the camp and showcased their confidence by presenting stage programmes in their respective languages, adding to the vibrant cultural exchange.
The camp enriched cadets with hands-on exposure to trekking and adventure activities, while also instilling leadership qualities, discipline and the spirit of teamwork.
TEACHER’S ACHIEVEMENTS
- Our talented Art teachers Mrs .Lalita Kakkar secured first position in "Best out of waste" category at Decorous 2025 an inter School creative art festival organised by DCM Presidency school Ludhiana.
- Mr. Narendra Singh Rawat was honoured with the title “Top Mentor 500” at the Youth Ideathon, receiving a cash award of ₹1000 for his exceptional guidance and inspiring mentorship.
- Mrs. Nandini was honoured by Bharat Vikas Parishad on 16th October with a Token of Honour at Divyang Kendra, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana, in recognition of her remarkable dedication and service.
APPRECIATIONS
- In recognition of their commendable efforts and remarkable contribution towards achieving excellent results in the Board Examination, Mrs. Manpreet Kaur (PGT Painting) and Mrs. Lalita Arora (Cordinator, TGT Punjabi) were honoured with Appreciation Letters by the BVM Trust.

- An interactive session on Database Analysis for Class X – “Today’s Awareness Among Young Minds About Digital Database Management.”
- Organised an enlightening seminar on Multimedia as a Career Option for Classes IX and XII, led by Mrs. Riya Arora (Managing Director and Founder, R5 Films).
- Hosted a Motivational Session for the NCC Cadets of 3 Girls Punjab Battalion.
- Organised a Career Guidance Seminar for Class X to align students’ choices with their interests and potential. The session was led by Mr. Harmesh and Mr. Rakesh.
- Hosted a seminar on Cyber Security and Safety for Classes IX and X by Mrs Simky

- Conducted a seminar on Positive Communication and the Dangers of Abusive Language, led by Dr. Navneet Bhathal.
- Organised an Insightful Session on Financial Literacy, conducted by Mr. Mandeep Singh Maunder (Director, Corporate Ladders Learning Solutions) and Mr. Sumit Bhogal (Financial Education Expert, Franklin Templeton).
- Held an Enlightening Career Counselling Session for Classes XI and XII to empower students with informed career choices.
- Organised an Interactive Session – “Happy Classrooms” for the students of Classes V and VI.
- Conducted a Personal Safety Session for the students of Classes III and IV.
- Organised an Awareness Session on the Negative Impacts of Social Media for Classes IX and X.
- Conducted a Seminar on the Theme “Diwali Without Scars” to sensitize students about fire safety during the festive season, led by Dr. Sheerin Shah (Professor, Dept. of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, DMC & H, Ludhiana).
- Observed Mental Health Week to promote emotional well-being and self-awareness among students.
Excursion
Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar organized enriching excursions for students across different classes.
- On 18 November 2025, around 150 Class VIII students visited the PAU Museum, Ludhiana, where they explored Punjabi heritage through traditional artefacts, rural setups, ancient tools and farming techniques.
- A meaningful visit for Classes IX and X to Swami Vivekanand Old Age Home, where students experienced a calm spiritual atmosphere through bhajans and meditation, promoting empathy and mindfulness.
- 150 Class VI students visited the Rose Garden Planetarium, enjoyed an immersive astronomy show and participated in various fun activities, making the day both educational and memorable.
Teachers’ Trainings Hosted
A series of Capacity Building Programmes were organized to enhance teachers’ professional competence and classroom effectiveness.
- On 16th May 2025, a session on “Cyber Safety & Security” was conducted under the Generic CBP category, with 60 participants. The resource persons, Ms. Sunaina Kapoor (Principal, Gitanjali International School, Ludhiana) and Ms. Sneh Lata (TGT, St. Anne’s Convent School, Chandigarh), guided educators on creating a safe and responsible digital learning environment.
- Another session on 24th September 2025, themed “Active Learning”, witnessed the participation of 64 teachers. The resource persons, Ms. Ravinder Kaur (Principal, Satya Bharti Adarsh Sr. Sec. School, Jagraon) and Ms. Vinny Talwar (Principal, Ram Lal Bhasin Public School, Ludhiana), shared effective strategies to make classrooms more engaging, interactive, and student-centered. Both programs enriched teachers with innovative methodologies and practical insights for better teaching-learning outcomes.
- A capacity building program was held on 23rd Aug 2025 with the theme "Educating Parents about Education". The goal was to empower educators to create an environment where parents are educated about education. There were 60 participants and the resource persons were Ms. Sunita Kumari (Principal, HVM Convent School, Ludhiana) and Dr. Harpreet Kaur (Principal, Garden Valley Int. School, Ludhiana).
COMMUNITY SERVICE
- Our school displayed the spirit of compassion by participating in Daan Utsav organized by Municipal Corporation, the students along with the school staff. came forward to make significant contributions, highlighting the school's commitment to social responsibility.
- Organized ATL Community day to foster the environment of tinkering, innovation and Ideation among the community Schools to commemorate Birth Anniversary of B.R. Ambedkar.
- BVM Trust, staff & students contributed a handsome amount for flood victims (3.5 lacs approx).
- School organised magic show for students had the opportunity of donating towards Red Cross society fund , reflecting the values like empathy, sharing and caring (amount).
ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES
- School participated in Swachhata Pakhwada Abhiyan 2025 and Jal Pakhwara promoting cleanliness, hygiene, and sustainability.
- "Best out of Waste" an initiative, transforming discarded material into useful items ,a vibrant exhibition of students work was also organised with a student exhibition.
- NCC cadets led an eco-friendly plantation drive and cleanliness campaign.
- Eco efforts honored by Energy Swaraj Foundation.
- Over 250 plants planted with State Bank of India.
Action taken
- Introduction of modern infrastructure, introduction of modern infrastructure in form of Air-conditioned classroom for pre-primary & nursery classes enhanced comfort and better learning environment. Interactive panels have already been installed for audio visual & practical multifaceted learning.
- CBSE now is focusing on application-based learning, interactive and experience-based learning, so we are introducing learning by doing, more activity-based learning so that our students should work on conceptual learning rather than rote learning.
- Parents welcomed the announcement of freezing of fee hike at 7.95%.
- Regarding the improvement of XII results, remedial classes, frequent mock tests to improve timing and exam confidence, counselling to help students stay focused, parent's engagement.
- For Outstanding Fees Dues, regular meeting with parents with high outstanding balance, setting deadlines for overdue payments, sending reminders to parents have helped in lowering the outstanding amount to a large extent.

National credit score in Enhancement
The school credit score at National level among CBSE school has been upgraded by organising various examination like this year National Institute Open School Examination(NIOS) has been successfully conducted.
The school is a certified member of NTA and it has organised and NIOS between 9th April ,25 to 19 may ,25 for classes 10th and 12th ,almost 846 student appeared in NIOS examination.
