To promote the wellness of mind and body Inter-School LSSC Yoga Competition was organised at BVM (USN) with immense enthusiasm. Thirteen prestigious institutions across the city actively participated in the competition. 9 teams of boys, & 11 teams of girls showcased their physical and mental prowess demonstrating exceptional flexibility, focus & mindfulness. The winners earned accolades for their dedication towards holistic well-being.
