BVM (USN) holds Capacity Building Program on Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies
With a view to keep teachers abreast with the latest pedagogies in teaching learning process BVM (USN) holds Capacity Building Program on the theme- Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies for the educators . The program commenced with lamp lighting ceremony and the Saraswati Vandana. The core purpose of this training programme was to empower mentors to create an environment that fosters activity-based learning . In partnership with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Resource persons Ms Ravinder Kaur (Principal Satya Bharti Adarsh Senior Secondary School , Ludhiana) & Ms. Gauri Chhabra (Former Principal ) crafted a research-driven Programme . The primary objective of this initiative was to support teachers in effective implementation of learning outcomes and pedagogies at the Foundational Stage & equip the teachers with essential understanding and core skills required for impactful teaching-learning practices . This aimed to enable a transition towards a holistic, activity-based and experiential based learning environment which is deeply rooted in the Indian ethos. Principal Mrs Ranju Mangal acknowledged the vigour and commitment of the program leaders by presenting a token of remembrance, who empowered the facillitators to think, share, learn and practice together and thereby, build a holistic learning environment for the students.
