Reading promotes literacy and keeps the mind stimulated
BVM, Udham Singh Nagar, celebrated National Reading Day today in honor of the father of the Library Movement, Sh. P.N. Panicker, with an aim of highlighting the importance of reading and fostering this beneficial habit among the younger generation. The celebration commenced with enthusiasm as bodacious Bvmites immersed themselves in a plethora of reading activities, proving the dictum "Reading maketh a full man."
Young Bvmites from classes I to VIII engaged in E-Reading activities on the CBSE Reading App. Their mentors discussed the numerous benefits of reading for the holistic growth of students. Principal , Mrs. Seema Gupta appreciated the efforts of the Bvmites and encouraged them to hone their literary skills and come forward to exhibit them wholeheartedly.
