BVM (USN) Celebrates indigenous Sports Day with great Zeal
Under the guidance of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, Bhartiya Vidya Mandir (USN) celebrated "Shiksha Saptaah" from July 22-28, 2024. As part of this series, the school organized Indigenous Sports Day on July 24, 2024. Students participated in various indigenous sports competitions such as Posham Pa, Kikli, Stapoo (Langri), Bandar Killa, Tug of War, and Rope Hopping.
The event aimed to emphasize the significance of sports and fitness right from the foundational stage of students. Principal, Mrs Seema Gupta motivated and informed students about the importance of sports, highlighting how it inculcates team spirit, discipline, and social and moral values among them.
