BVM USN marked Library Day with a series of engaging activities aimed at fostering a love for reading and learning among students. The day began with a creative Bookmark Activity ,where students designed their own personalized bookmarks, deepening their connection to their favorite books. This was followed by the sharing of inspiring quotes about libraries, encouraging a greater appreciation for the vital role libraries play in education and personal growth. Students enthusiastically participated in the Word of the Day segment, which helped expand their vocabulary and sparked meaningful discussions about the power of words. A Newspaper Reading activity also took place, allowing students to stay informed about current events while honing their critical reading skills.
The highlight of the day was a captivating Storytelling Session , where imaginative tales were brought to life, celebrating storytelling as a cherished tradition. Appreciating the efforts of students, faculty and Librarian Mamta Sharma . Principal , Mrs .Seema Gupta said 'Library Day celebration was a resounding success, reflecting the school's commitment to nurturing a vibrant reading culture."
