BVM (USN) marked the 78th Independence Day with immense patriotic fervor, reflecting the theme "Viksit Bharat." Students from various grades participated enthusiastically in a range of activities, embodying the spirit of freedom and unity. The primary wing students, dressed as freedom fighters, stole the show with their spirited performances.
Mrs. Rachna provided an insightful overview of India's history and freedom struggle, highlighting the significance of this day. The dynamic BVMites also organized a "Chetna Rally" within the school premises, showcasing their commitment to the nation.
The creative young minds of Grade II displayed their artistic interpretations of freedom and independence through a craft activity. Meanwhile, the NCC cadets demonstrated precision and discipline as they hoisted the flag in Rose Garden and the school premises, symbolizing the strength and resilience of the nation’s youth.The celebrations continued with a captivating patriotic group dance and group song that enthralled the audience. Vanshika from Grade V mesmerized everyone with her heartfelt recitation of a patriotic poem . The school’s bulletin boards were adorned with patriotic themes, adding to the festive atmosphere.
In addition, a Rhythmic Yoga session delivered stirring performances that resonated with the spirit of freedom. As part of the " Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign, students shared selfies with the national flag, promoting patriotism and respect for the symbols of independence .Principal, Mrs. Seema Gupta emphasized the importance of remembering the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters and urged students to contribute positively to the nation’s progress.
