BVM (USN) Students Explore Agricultural Innovations at ICAR-CIPHET IIFA 2024 Fair
BVM (USN) organised an enriching visit for the students (IX to Xll) to the ICAR-CIPHET IIFA 2024 Food Processing Fair at PAU, Ludhiana. They gained hands-on experience in agro-processing, millet processing, and food testing . The event highlighted the nutritional importance of millets and the potential of modern agricultural technologies. Engaging with experts, students were inspired to explore careers in food processing and agricultural sciences.
Principal , Mrs .Seema Gupta commended the initiative, stating, "This hands-on exposure is invaluable for shaping young minds. The knowledge gained here will not only encourage healthier dietary habits but also motivate students to contribute to innovative solutions in agriculture and food technology."
