Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar, celebrated the joyous festival of Deepawali with a vibrant array of activities and enthusiastic participation of the students. Capturing the true essence of the festival, students set up creative stalls featuring handmade crafts and festive decoration items in the Diwali exhibition. Meenakshi of Class IX shared the significance of Deepawali, emphasizing eco-friendly practices. Aditi, also from Class IX, captivated everyone with her heartfelt poem on Bhai Dooj.
The tiny tots of Shishu Vatika contributed by making eco-friendly diyas and rangolis, promoting a sustainable way to enjoy the festivities. Students also decorated bulletin boards with innovative and sustainable designs, using recycled materials. The campus came alive with eco-friendly diyas, colorful rangolis, and beautiful lanterns , all conveying the message of a greener Diwali.
Principal, Mrs Seema Gupta extended her warm wishes, encouraging everyone to continue spreading the light of knowledge, love, and compassion, making each day feel like Deepawali.
