National Education Day was observed at BVM, Udham Singh Nagar, to celebrate birth anniversary of India's first Education Minister Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. An array of activities was organized to make the students understand the importance of education. Kritika (XI) acquainted everyone with the importance of the day and added that education prepares one for life. Kapish (VIII-D) recited an informative poem depicting the vital role of education in the development of a country. Students of class VIII participated enthusiastically in slogan writing activity , spreading the message - never let a child be deprived of education. Principal Mrs Seema Gupta emphasized that education is a treasure which no one can steal away, it makes a person right thinker and able decision maker.
