Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, USN observed World Health Day with great enthusiasm to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining good health. Plaksha , a talented student of Class VIII, highlighted the value of healthy eating habits , adequate rest, and personal hygiene, through her speech. The day commenced with energetic PT exercises for students of Classes I and II, conducted under the guidance of the Physical Education teachers. The young learners actively participated and enjoyed the session.
To address mental wellness, Mrs. Deepika Sehdev (PGT) conducted an enlightening seminar on 'Mental Health' for the students of Class XI, emphasizing the importance of emotional well-being in today's fast-paced life. Students of Class III showcased their understanding of balanced nutrition through a Healthy Tiffin Competition , while Class IV students highlighted the benefits of nutritious food through engaging role play activities. To further reinforce the message, Class V students took part in a Collage Making Activity focused on healthy eating.
Principal Mrs. Seema Gupta encouraged all students to take proactive steps towards their well-being, stating that good health is the cornerstone of a happy and successful life.
