BVM (USN) Celebrates English Language Day &
World Book Day With Immense Enthusiasm
BVM (USN) marked English Language Day and World Book and Copyright Day with a vibrant celebration of words, creativity, and imagination. The students participated in a range of engaging activities that sparked curiosity and love for the English language.
Class I explored “Fun with Nouns,” while Class II and Class III dived into a thrilling “Word Chain” game. Class IV showcased their creativity with “Bookmark Making,” and Class V honed their grammar through “Jumbled Sentences.”
Moving up the grades, Class VI enjoyed a word-building challenge, Class VII tested their articulation with a “Tongue Twister” contest, and Class VIII impressed all with their storytelling skills. Class IX students practiced fluency and comprehension through “Newspaper Reading,” and Class X reflected on their favorite books with insightful “Book Reviews.”
Principal Seema Gupta applauded students' enthusiasm and expressed, “Language is the bridge to knowledge, and books are the windows to the world. Celebrations like these ignite a lifelong love for reading, communication, and creative expression .”
