BVM USN Celebrates Jal Pakhwada, Inspiring Awareness on Water Conservation
Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, USN, observed Jal Pakhwada from April 16 to 30, hosting a series of engaging and thought-provoking activities aiming to raise awareness about water conservation among students.The celebration witnessed enthusiastic participation from all grades. A major highlight of the event was a thought-provoking speech by Aditi (Class X) who passionately emphasized the need to conserve water and adopt sustainable practices. Her impactful words left a lasting impression on the audience. Students of Class III took part in a vibrant slogan-writing activity, effectively highlighting the urgency of saving water. Class IV students showcased their creativity through thoughtful and expressive poems dedicated to water conservation. Meanwhile, Class V students participated in a poster-making competition, creating striking artwork that conveyed strong messages about preserving water.To conclude the event, all students and staff took a collective pledge to conserve water and practice its mindful use in daily life.
Principal Mrs Seema Gupta applauded the sincere efforts of both students and teachers, stating, “Water is one of our planet’s most precious resources the blue gold and it is heartening to observe our young minds embracing this cause with such zeal and commitment.”
