In a commendable initiative to empower students with informed career choices, Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar, organized a comprehensive Career Counselling and Guidance session led by psychologist Dr. Navpreet Bhathal, who engaged the students of XI & XII in an interactive and insightful discussion. Dr Bhathal shed light on the evolving landscape of careers in the 21st century, emphasizing the need to align one’s passion with aptitude. Students were introduced to a wide spectrum of career opportunities beyond conventional fields, including emerging domains relevant to today’s dynamic world.
Through engaging discussions the session offered practical guidance on crucial aspects such as stream selection, goal setting and skill development.
