Calm Minds, Confident Exams: Tackling Board Exam Stress with Smart Strategies

To empower the minds of young scholars of grade X , BVM (USN) organised a counselling session for students to overcome Board Exam Stress & also apprised them with the strategies to prepare for the upcoming board examinations. In an enlightening and interactive counselling session led by the school Psychologist Mrs Navpreet Kaur Bhattal titled “Curbing Examination Stress and Anxiety,” aimed to equip students with emotional resilience and effective strategies to manage exam-related pressure with composure and confidence.Mrs Bhattal shared practical techniques to maintain mental calm and boost productivity. Students learned the importance of time management, self-belief and holistic preparation over panic-driven studying.The expert emphasized that maintaining a balanced lifestyle supports both academic success and psychological well-being.
Principal Mrs Seema Gupta urged the students to replace fear with focus and self-doubt with determination. Reinforcing the belief that exams are a step towards growth, not a measure of one’s worth, students left the session inspired to face their board exams with renewed positivity and calm.
