Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar, solemnly observed the Martyrdom Day of Mahatma Gandhi in the school premises, paying heartfelt homage to the Father of the Nation. The observance was marked with reverence, dignity and deep respect for Gandhiji’s timeless ideals.
A floral tribute was offered to Mahatma Gandhi during the morning assembly. Students across all classes observed the day in silence, reflecting upon his principles of truth, non-violence and selfless service to the nation. Addressing the significance of the day, the Principal, Mrs Seema Gupta , emphasized that such observances play a vital role in instilling moral values, patriotism and a deep sense of respect for the nation among students.
