Forging Future Leaders: BVM USN Shines in NCC Enrollment Drive 2026
Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar, successfully organized the NCC Enrollment Drive (2026), marking yet another milestone in nurturing discipline, leadership and patriotism among its students. The selection process was conducted by an esteemed NCC team comprising two PI staff members and one GCI, who ensured a fair and rigorous evaluation. A total of 50 enthusiastic students from Class VIII participated in the drive. Following a comprehensive selection process that included interviews and physical fitness assessments, 32 girls were selected for NCC enrollment. Their success stands as a testament to their determination, dedication and spirit.
The students were meticulously guided and trained by ANO Ms Geeta Mishra, whose unwavering commitment and mentorship played a pivotal role in shaping their performance. The selected candidates will now embark on their journey as first-year cadets in the prestigious 3 Girls Punjab Battalion , opening doors to new opportunities and experiences. Principal Mr Pawan Sood extended his heartiest congratulations to the selected cadets, applauding their achievement. He emphasized that NCC serves as a powerful platform in instilling leadership qualities, discipline and a deep sense of patriotism among young minds, preparing them to become responsible citizens of tomorrow.
