Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar, Ludhiana successfully organized a Capacity Building Programme on" Promoting mental health and wellness among students" for teachers from renowned schools of Ludhiana. The programme focused on promoting emotional well-being, stress management, and positive mental health among educators , while also equipping them with effective strategies to enhance classroom management and daily teaching practices.
The enlightening session was conducted by distinguished resource persons Dr. Ginakshi Kapoor, Principal Spring Bells Day Boarding School and Ms. Sunita Kumari, Principal, GAD Academy, Ludhiana. Through interactive activities, group discussions, practical exercises, and engaging presentations, the speakers created a lively and meaningful learning experience for all participants.
