Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar, Ludhiana once again added a glorious chapter to its sporting legacy with a commendable performance at the SGFI Zonal Level Tug of War Tournament organised by the Zonal Sports Department at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, on 5th August, 2026.
The school's Under-14, Under-17 and Under-19 Girls' Teams showcased exceptional determination, teamwork and resilience throughout the tournament. Their spirited performance culminated in the Under-19 Girls' Team securing Third Position, bringing pride and honour to the institution.Adding to the celebration, Ritika (Class XI Science-1) and Mannat (Class XI Humanities) earned selection to represent the zone at the District Level Tug of War Tournament , a testament to their remarkable talent and perseverance.Principal Mr. Pawan Sood congratulated the young achievers on their splendid accomplishment and lauded Mrs. Geeta Mishra for her unwavering guidance and dedicated mentorship.
