The young kickboxers of Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, Udham Singh Nagar once again brought laurels to the school with their stellar performance at the District Level SGFI Kickboxing Tournament, held at G.S.S.S., Dakha on 13th and 14th August 2026. Displaying remarkable skill, grit and sporting spirit, the BVMites clinched an impressive 10 medals across various categories.
In the Under-14 Boys category, Daksh Nayyar, Naksh secured Bronze Medal 🏅
Under 17 Aatike and Krish Chaudhary secured Bronze Medals🏅 while Vaibhav bagged a Silver Medal. 🥈
In the Under-19 Boys category, Krish, Kulraj, Kismat and Jivitesh won Bronze Medals 🏅 while Deepanshu of Class XI delivered an outstanding performance to clinch the Gold Model🥇 and earned selection for the State-Level SGFI Championship.
Commending the young champions, Principal Mr. Pawan Sood lauded their dedication, perseverance and exemplary sporting spirit. He congratulated the winners for their outstanding achievement and appreciated the tireless efforts of their mentor Mr. Sanjeev (HOD Physical department ) and the entire Sports Department in nurturing and inspiring the students to excel.
