Reaffirming its commitment to nurturing a safe, inclusive and emotionally secure learning environment, Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, Udham Singh Nagar, Ludhiana, organised a thought-provoking Anti-Bullying Awareness Seminar for the 251 students of Classes XI and XII. The impactful session was conducted by Psychologist Dr. Navpreet Bhattal , who inspired students to become ambassadors of empathy, kindness and responsible citizenship.
Through engaging discussions, real-life examples and interactive dialogue, Dr. Bhattal sensitised students to the various forms of bullying —physical, verbal, social and cyberbullying. She highlighted its profound impact on emotional well-being, self-esteem and academic growth, while encouraging students to recognise early warning signs, speak up against injustice, seek timely support and never remain silent spectators.

Appreciating the enriching session, Principal Mr. Pawan Sood thanked Dr. Navpreet Bhattal for her valuable insights &reinforced the powerful message that every student has the ability to make a difference by choosing respect over ridicule, empathy over exclusion and courage over silence. Students were motivated to become upstanders who actively support others and contribute towards creating a positive, bully-free school community.
