To meet the goals and to improve operational skills of the institution in the best strategic way, an interactive session on SWOT analysis as held in BVM USN today for the faculty under the able directives of the school principal Mrs. Bandana Sethi. In the invigorating session the teachers were divided into four groups, students parents, teachers and administrative staff. To identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Very enthusiastically, all the members of faculty participated, evaluating and accessing themselves on different parameters. The session concluded enabling them to create a better awareness and understanding of the changes that can occur and impact the institution in the best possible way. The healthy discussion evolved some practical solutions to the problems that hinder the efficient working of the institution.
