YOGA- JOURNEY OF THE SELF, TO THE SELF, THROUGH THE SELF
Aiming the health benefits of yoga and encouraging people to adopt it in routine BVM (USN) observed INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY VIRTUALLY with zeal and vigour on the theme YOGA AT HOME WITH FAMILIES on June 21,under covid 19 protocol. Mr Sanjeev Thakur (PGT Phy edu & yoga) virtually highlighted the pivotal role of yoga in rejuvenating our mind and body through different yogasans in the live session. Zealous Bhartiyans with their parents and teachers practiced many yoga asans in the virtual event to promote their holistic health.Participation of the honourable member of BVM TRUST & MANAGING COMMITTEE, Sh O.P. Sabharwal Ji, gave a boost to one and all to adopt yoga not only as a way of improving health and fitness of body but also as a means of personal and spiritual development .Principal Mrs Ranju Mangal opined that yoga is a light, which once lit, will never become dim,the more we do practice, the brighter the flame is !
