BVM USN commemorated birth anniversary of The Nightingale of India- Sarojini Naidu with immense zeal and enthusiasm today. Monika Chaudhary ( PRT ) through her virtual speech enlightened BVMites with the life history and achievements of the first woman Governor of India, a proponent of civil rights ,women empowerment and a prominent figure in India's freedom struggle .It was her extraordinary poetry that earned her the sobriquet -'The Nightingale of India'.Principal Mrs Ranju Mangal urged BVMites to seek inspiration from the legendary figure and move forward courageously in the right direction .
