BVM USN SALUTES  THE TRICOLOR ON  76th  INDEPENDENCE DAY
To mark the 75 years of independent India, a week-long celebrations of 'Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav' culminated with unprecedented patriotic vivacity at BVM, USN today. A gamout of week-long activities was organised  for BVMites enthusing the spirit of nationalism, unity and patriotism.
The celebration of the auspicious day commenced with the customary lamp lighting ceremony by Mrs Ranju Mangal (Principal) and Mrs Seema Gupta (Vice Principal), which was followed by the flag hoisting ceremony. All sang melodious strains of national anthem in unison and took pledge of integrity. The rendition of song "  Satrangi  rangon sa Ujjwal paavan aisa desh hamara" by the teachers' choir created an ambience of patriotism. The school resounded with the slogans of ' Bharat Mata Ki Jai' and "Vande Mataram". Sh. K C Maini ji ( President BVM Trust) and Sh. P C Goyal ji ( Secretary BVM Trust) also joined the celebrations virtually. Extending his greetings on the propitious occasion, Sh K C Maini ji said that we owe to this freedom from the defence forces who stand at the border tirelessly to safeguard us day and night. Adding to this he said that we belong to the nation where Liberty is hard earned, so always work for the upliftment of the nation. Speaking on the occasion, Principal Mrs Ranju Mangal said that it is our privilege to be born in a free country as we are able to breathe fresh air, speak our thoughts and live a harmonious life.  Always feel proud in being an Indian because we have a glorious past and promising future.The celebration culminated with Vande Matram.
