A moment of jubilation for BVM (USN) as its budding CHESSMASTERS made a strategic win in STATE LEVEL CHESS TOURNAMENT organised by Khed Mela- Khedan Watan Punjab Diyan, held at Jalandhar Sports College. Prachi Madaan showcased her tremendous skill in Ludhiana district Chess in U/17 girls and grabbed gold medal out of more than 22 district teams in the tournament. A cash prize of Rs.2000 each has also been won by participants of the gold medal winning team. Adding another feather to the glory of the school, Daman Sharma and Ansh Anand participated enthusiastically and clinched 5th position in U/17 boys in State level Chess . Principal Mrs Ranju Mangal ongratulated the winners for their distinguished victory and wished them good luck for their future endeavours.
