“Look deep into the nature, only then you will understand everything better”
The ‘Earth Week’ was celebrated at BVM USN as an awareness week educating BVMites through their zealous participation in various environment focused activities.. The whole student community was involved in making a difference for the mother planet. The weekly celebrations included a motivational speech by Mrs. Rajani, science teacher, plantation drive by the primary wing, short skit enactment by the students of class VII focusing the need to save our environment. ‘Together we can make everyday an ‘Earth Day’’ was the message given by Bhumika of class IV who recited a beautiful poem. Zestful BVMites of class III - V also exhibited their prowess and creativity in slogan writing competition. They sensitized other students about the dire need of afforestation to make the planet a greener one. Week long celebrations culminated with a highly motivational speech by Principal Mrs. Bandana Sethi. She emphasized the need to respect the nature by taking remedial measures to keep the environment clean and take it to the zero carbon level so that global warming can be checked.
