Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, USN organized a series of interactive sessions for the parents, today parents of class VIII were invited. The session commenced with lamp lighting ceremony. The Principal Mrs. Bandana Sethi welcomed the parents and acquainted them with ways on how to handle their wards at this crucial stage. Mrs. Rajani Nagpal acquainted the parents with scholastic changes and Mrs. Nidhi apprised them with the co-scholastic areas where the students to be assessed on the basis of various activities. In the seminar, emphasis was laid on how to cultivate moral values in children and how to get them prepared for the turmoils and turbulences of life. During the session the queries of the parents were gratified by the principal. The principal honoured the winners of poem recitation competition of classes VI – VIII with certificates. From class VI Ridhi Sood grabbed the first position. Kunal SInghi stood second and the third position was clinged by Hardik Sood. From class VII Jashan stood first, Bhumika bagged the second position and third position was won by Vikhyat Bajaj. In class VIII Balmeet Kaur stood first and Vanshika Kapoor got second position and third position was acquired by Bhawna Kashyap. The Principal congratulated the winners and blessed them for their bright future. The event was concluded with a vote of thanks by the Principal to the guests for sparing their valuable time. All the parents were elated and illuminated after the session.
