BVM Udham Singh Nagar, under the valuable guidance of Sh. Madam Mohan Vyas ji, Secretary BVM Trust, conducted a cleanliness campaign as an activity of ‘Swachhta Club’ to pay tribute to Mahatama Gandhi ji on his Birth Anniversary. Mrs. Sabina Bedi highlighted the importance of cleanliness in our lives and urged the children to contribute their bit in Prime Minister’s ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan’. Following this under the inchargeship of Mrs. Manisha, 46 vo;unteers of Swachhta Club and 27 NCC Cadets marched enthusiastically through the roads and streetsconveying the beautiful message of cleanliness to one and all. The little ambassadors without any hesitation picked up garbage and cleaned the area in front of the pedestrians in the Rose Garden, to make them realize that its their humble duty to keep their country neat and disease free. Little Bhartiyans talked with the senior citizens present there regarding how they feet towards todays’s cleanliness scenario and how it can be improved. Principal Mrs. Bandana Sethi accompanied the children in this noble cause and motivated the selfless efforts of Bhartiyans to fulfill the dream project of our worthy Prime Minister and to make India a better place to live.
