BVM, USN conducted a workshop on stress management post hectic examination days and tiresome result preparation. Mrs. Himani Mittal, from Madhuban publication was the resource person. The workshop which was organized under the valuable guidance of BVM Trust primarily aimed at relieving the unnecessary stress and enhancing happiness levels in the day to day stressful life. The workshop comprised of simple techniques to manage the stress through easily manageable activities which included deep breathing, meditation and laughing exercises. These small exercises relieved everybody of the stress. The need of positive attitude and self importance was also emphasized. In a very interactive way the session rejuvenated the energy levels of the staff and by the end of session everyone was having a smile on his/her face. Principal Mrs. Bandana Sethi appreciated the theme of the workshop and applauded the participation of the staff. She expressed her gratitude on the behalf of entire BVM family towards BVM trust and the resource person.
