Thirty ardent NCC Cadets of 3 Girls Punjab Battalion of Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, USN, Ludhiana today volunteered to acknowledge the selfless services and supreme sacrifices of the valiant sons of Bharatmata, at village Johlan, district Raikot.
S. Avtar Singh Ji, father of martyr S. Nirmal Singh and Smt. Manjeet Kaur ji wife of martyr S. Pritam Singh Hawaldar, (Kargil war) was honoured by the cadets with an emblem of remembrance and gratitude in the form of mementos for the supreme sacrifice of these brave soldiers. The cadets overwhelmed by emotion, said they were really motivated by their honorable Secretary of BVM Trust, Sh. Madan Mohan Vyas ji as well as their Principal Mrs. Bandana Sethi, for this noble act.
