Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar, Ludhiana today organized ATAL Tinkering Lab Marathon under the able aegis of BVM Trust, where students showcased their tinkering skills through Problem sensing, Ideating, Design Thinking, Digital Computation and Prototype Development. The students prepared different science projects based on community problems and earned a lot of applause and appreciation. Sh. M.M.Vyas ji (Secretary, BVM Trust), Sh. P.C.Goyal ji, (member,BVM Trust) and Mrs. Bandana Sethi (Principal) keenly observed the projects viz. ‘Smog Reducer, An Innovative solution to fight pollution’ was developed by Gurkirat Singh and team under the guidance of Mr. Garry Agnihotri and Mr. Shrikant Sharma and proposed by Mrs. Bandana Sethi (Principal), ‘Smart Sewage Shooter to make India Swachh and Swasth’ – this prototype was developed by the team of Yuvanshu Bajaj under the guidance of Mr. Narendra Singh Rawat , another project undertaken by team - Saloni under the guidance of Mrs. Seema Gupta – ‘Boosting Healthcare through Vedic Wisdom’ created awareness about traditional knowledge of Herbs to improve Health and save the Community from the side effects of chemicals engulfed in the form of medicines. ‘Wind powered mobile charger’ was developed by Deepak and his team under the guidance of Mr. Rakesh Shukla and ‘ Mobile App – Talk To Me and multiple socket charger’ was developed by Gokul Malik (class VII), ‘Automated Plant Watering System’ was developed by Chirayu’s team under the guidance of Mrs. Kiran Bala, ‘Digital Fuel Tank’ was developed by Hridyansh and team under the guidance of Mrs. Navneet Bhullar and ‘Automated School Bell’ was prepared by Harshika and team under the guidance of Mrs. Rajani Nagpal and Mrs. Aruna Babbar. The ATL Convener Sh. Narendra Singh Rawat and ATL Coordinator Mrs. Seema Gupta led the marathon with great zeal. The participants were awarded with certificates.
