Punjab State Squay Martial Art Championship was held at Roopnagar from 17.11.2017 to 21.11.2017. The tournament was organized by ‘School Games Federation of India’ in which various school completed. BVMites of USN under 19 excelled their mental as well as physical strength and brought laurels to the school by clinching 2nd position on the state level. Priyanka Chaudhary (U-58 Kg) bagged gold medal and got selected for the National Squay Martial Art Championship. Radhika, Kritika Jain, Nivika, Avantika and Mannat (Girls Category) and Piyush Malhotra, Rohit (boys category) secured silver medals respectively. Harsh Sharma and Tarun Singla also managed to grab bronze medals. All the competent excelled under the guidance of Mr. Sanjeev Kumar. All the prize winners got appreciation by the Principal, Mrs. Bandana Sethi during morning assembly. She also wished them for their bright future. She encouraged all the students to participate in such activities for their holistic growth.
