National Energy Conservation Day, celebrated to raise awareness on limiting energy loss was observed at BVM (USN) today. The Energy Conservation Act was executed on this day in 2001 by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) and since then this day has been observed. Ms Shivani Punj (PRT Science) stated that this day reminds the people of the importance of energy conservation and authorities are coming together to make future plans, targeting holistic development towards mitigation of climate change. Principal Mrs Ranju Mangal motivated all to do their little bit of effort as energy conserved is energy generated.
